Originally founded in 2008 with the vision of “We Must Create”, BRIX was designed to showcase not only a creative, new age menu but a “Come As You Are“, inviting atmosphere for locals and Ellensburg visitors alike.

With a true passion for food, locals Josh and Erin Bender take pride in serving the Kittitas County community and continuing the creative legacy that comes hand in hand with these historical downtown brick walls.
